ListingShield ("we", "us", "the Service") is software that uses artificial intelligence to identify language in real-estate listings that may raise Fair Housing concerns. It does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney–client relationship, and is not a substitute for independent review by licensed legal counsel or a qualified compliance officer.
Outputs are generated by automated models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or fail to detect non-compliant language. Risk scores are indicative only and do not guarantee compliance or non-compliance. You are solely responsible for verifying all results and for any content you publish.
You and your agents remain fully responsible for compliance with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You agree to independently review every result before acting on it, and to make your own determination regarding the publication of any listing.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the Service, its rate limits, or its security controls; (c) share account credentials or resell access without our written permission; (d) submit content that infringes third-party rights or contains malicious code; or (e) use the Service to generate or disguise discriminatory advertising. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke access for conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, violates this section.
The Service stores append-only, hash-chained audit records, including timestamps, to help you maintain a history of your compliance activity. While we take reasonable measures to keep these records accurate and available, we do not warrant that they will satisfy any particular legal, evidentiary, regulatory, or insurer requirement. You are responsible for retaining your own copies as needed.
Subscriptions are billed through PayPal under the plan terms shown at checkout, including any free-trial period. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account; cancellation stops future billing.
Refund policy: the free-trial period lets you evaluate the Service before any charge. Except where required by applicable consumer-protection law, fees already paid for a completed billing period are non-refundable. To request a refund you believe is owed, contact hello@listingshield.pro. You agree not to initiate a payment chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us.
You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, repeated chargebacks, or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain compliance records and other data as required by law or our legitimate business needs, subject to the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any fines, penalties, claims, or losses arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its outputs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ListingShield and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your listings, your use of the Service, or your reliance on its outputs.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of these Terms. If you are located outside the United States, additional terms may apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the version number and "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may assign, transfer, or novate these Terms and our rights and obligations under them, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or to a successor entity that operates ListingShield, including in connection with a reorganization or a transfer of the business or its assets. Your continued use of the Service after notice of such a transfer constitutes consent to it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
