Under the CCPA, the categories of personal information we collect are:

We collect this information directly from you and automatically as you use the Service. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information.
We use personal information to provide and secure the Service, perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Service. Card data is handled entirely by PayPal — it never touches our servers.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; (b) access a copy of that information; (c) request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions; (d) request correction of inaccurate information; and (e) opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. ListingShield does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out is required; if our practices change, we will provide a functioning "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism and update this policy. To exercise any right, email hello@listingshield.pro; we will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, authentication tokens, access controls that isolate each brokerage's records, rate limiting, and append-only, hash-chained audit records. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and, in any case, within 72 hours of confirming the breach, consistent with applicable law.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
We may retain limited information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.
We share data only with the service providers ("sub-processors") that help us operate ListingShield, under their respective terms. We do not sell your personal information.

As of the date of this policy, Anthropic's commercial API terms include a commitment not to use API customer data for model training. Contact us to request our Data Processing Agreement and Anthropic's sub-processor terms.
